☀️ Sommer, Sonne, Hitzekollaps: Critical Mass Linz! ☀️

Linz im Hochsommer – ist es nicht herrlich? Wenn der Asphalt am Hauptplatz die 50-Grad-Marke knackt und die Stadtluft so dick ist, dass man sie in Scheiben schneiden könnte, zieht es uns doch alle nach draußen! Wer braucht schon kühlenden Schatten, Bäume oder gar eine durchdachte grüne Stadtplanung, wenn man stattdessen feinsten, frisch aufgeheizten Beton genießen kann? 🔥

Weil Radfahren in der kochenden Stadt bekanntlich am allermeisten Spaß macht, laden wir euch herzlich zur gemütlichen Hitzeschlacht ein.

Das Plakat lügt übrigens nicht: Die Stadt brennt vor Begeisterung (und CO₂), die Donau kocht fast, und wir radeln mittendrin! Schnappt euch eure Räder, packt die Sonnencreme mit Lichtschutzfaktor 100 ein und lasst uns gemeinsam den Fahrtwind suchen (Spoiler: Es gibt keinen).

Das erwartet dich in der urbanen Sauna:

• Der Treffpunkt: Hauptplatz Linz – natürlich direkt auf der unbeschatteten Pracht-Betonfläche, um das Maximum an Strahlungswärme mitzunehmen.

• Die Prime-Time: Pünktlich zur schönsten, drückendsten Feierabend-Hitze rollen wir los.

• Dresscode: Tropen-Outfit, Schweißperlen und eine gehörige Portion Galgenhumor.

Kommt vorbei, rollt mit uns durch die Linzer Saunalandschaft und zeigt, dass uns selbst die schönste Betonwüste nicht stoppen kann. Wir sind nicht blockiert – wir sind der Verkehr, der die Hitze erträglich macht (oder zumindest schneller durchschwitzt)! 😉🚴‍♂️💨

Linz in the peak of summer – isn't it just lovely? When the asphalt on the Hauptplatz easily cracks the 50-degree mark and the city air is so thick you could cut it with a knife, we all just naturally crave the great outdoors! After all, who needs cooling shade, trees, or a well-thought-out green urban infrastructure when you can enjoy premium, freshly baked concrete instead? 🔥

Since cycling in a boiling city is known to be the absolute pinnacle of fun, we warmly invite you to our cozy collective heat battle.

By the way, the poster doesn’t lie: the city is burning with enthusiasm (and CO₂), the Danube is practically boiling, and we are pedaling right through the middle of it! Grab your bikes, pack your SPF 100 sunscreen, and let’s hunt for that refreshing breeze together (Spoiler alert: there isn't one).

What to expect in our urban sauna:

• The Meeting Point: Hauptplatz Linz – naturally right on the unshaded, glorious concrete square to absorb the absolute maximum amount of radiant heat.

• The Prime Time: We roll out just in time for that beautiful, oppressive, post-work rush-hour heat.

• Dress Code: Tropical outfits, sweat beads, and a healthy dose of gallows humor.

Join us, roll through the Linzer sauna landscape, and prove that even the finest concrete desert can't stop us. We aren't blocking traffic – we are traffic, making the heat bearable (or at least sweating it out a whole lot faster)! 😉🚴‍♂️💨
