Warmly, Giovanna is a hybrid performance shaped by failure—rejection, AI-mediated selves, and the uneasy hunger to be seen. Following Gazella Giovanna, a fictional performer caught in a glitching audition loop, the work entangles movement, sound, and instant photography into a surreal score of misrecognition, adaptation, and survival. Moving through the friction between resilience and rejection, identity and glitch, failure and visibility, the performance experiments with the multiple avatars one personality can contain today. It traces how physical, digital, and psychological bodies respond to breakdown—how systems absorb disruption, and how these moments loop, pile up, and refuse to resolve. Failing, adapting, and failing again.

About the artists: They research what happens when things break—technologies, choreographies, mental health, dreams of arrival. They ask how physical, digital, and psychological bodies carry breakdowns. They use what leaks out and test how artists can metabolize the mess, mistakes, and “no’s” into new, cracked-open states of becoming.
